Operational Dairy Manager (CQP Encadrant opérationnel laitier)

Our course:

The Dairy Operations Manager oversees activities relating to dairy processing and leads his or her team. They coordinate the work of the teams and supervise checks at all stages of production. They contribute to continuous improvement. As the interface between all the parties involved, he/she manages hazards and malfunctions by coordinating interventions. As a manager of team members, he/she is required to manage conflicts and any difficulties that may arise within the team.

Learning outcomes:

1. Operate a dairy production line to carry out one or more stages in the manufacture and/or packaging of a dairy product

2. Check the operation of the production and/or packaging line and the quality and conformity of the dairy products

3. Coordinate the activities of the production and/or packaging line and participate in its continuous improvement
