Milk – Composition & Properties
Course Description
Interactive e-learning course on the composition and properties of milk.
The course consists of 10 lessons. The course is aimed at students of different educational levels, teachers, milk processors, consumers and anyone who wants to acquire new knowledge or refresh existing knowledge.
At the end of the course, participants will learn to define the composition of milk and the factors that influence it; they will understand the characteristics of the components of milk composition and their importance in milk processing and know how to evaluate the quality parameters of raw milk in accordance with current regulations.
