Line operator in dairy processing certificate (CQP Conducteur de ligne dans la transformation laitière)

Our course:

The Dairy Processing Line Operator operates one or more automated lines, incorporating a succession of several mechanised machines, to manufacture or package dairy products. They operate their line(s) in compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, environmental and productivity requirements, while guaranteeing the quality of the product obtained. These challenges are all the more important as the Line Operator works with milk, which is a living, fragile and highly perishable material. It deteriorates when it comes into contact with air, light and ambient heat. It also reacts very sensitively to inputs. To preserve its qualities, it is collected within 48 hours of milking and processed very quickly.

Learning outcomes:

1. Operate an automated dairy production, packaging and/or dispatch facility for a dairy product
2. Monitor the operation of an automated dairy installation and the production of a dairy product
