Our course:

This cheese technology course combines theory and practice to help you master the art of cheese making. It covers milk composition, production processes, maturing and quality control. Practical work allows students to experiment with different cheese-making technologies and analyse their impact. Product tasting completes the learning process. The programme is tailored to the professional needs of the trainees.

Learning outcomes: 

1.Participate in the management of a dairy processing plant from a technical, economic, quality and human point of view
2.Implement the technological processes of a dairy processing activity in compliance with health, safety and pollution prevention rules
3.Take part in controlling the product quality chain
4.Operate the facilities of a dairy processing plant in compliance with environmental, health and safety rules and defined quality criteria
