Course Description:
This e-learning course provides essential knowledge on legal requirements and international standards in milk processing. Participants will learn to recognize and apply key regulations related to food safety and quality. The course covers good hygiene and manufacturing practices, HACCP implementation, microbiological criteria, food additives, chemical contaminants, and product labelling in compliance with legal requirements. It also introduces food safety and quality management systems and verification methods.
