Our course:

This dairy technology programme combines theory and practice to develop expertise in milk and dairy-product processing. It covers milk composition, transformation technologies, hygiene, quality management and innovation. Practical sessions in the technological hall allow students to make and analyse different dairy products such as cheeses and yoghurts. The training is designed to meet the professional needs of the dairy industry.

Learnning outcomes: 

1.Participate in the management of a dairy processing plant from a technical, economic, quality and human point of view

2.Implement technological processes in compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

3.Contribute to the control of product quality throughout the production chain

4.Operate dairy-processing facilities in accordance with hygiene, safety and quality standards
