Chemistry & Physics of Milk
Course Description
The course is aimed at students of Animal source food technology study program. The aim of the course is to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about the composition and properties of milk. The theoretical part includes lectures on milk components and factors influencing them, while the practical part includes laboratory exercises on milk analysis, protein profile, adulteration detection, etc.
