Our course:

This one-year professional bachelor equips you with dual expertise in dairy-product technologies and team management. You will master the full spectrum of dairy production—cheeses, yogurts, ice creams, dry dairy products—while acquiring skills in production planning, team leadership, quality, safety and regulatory compliance. The programme combines technical studio sessions, hands-on work in dedicated dairy production halls, and real-world business and management modules.

Learning outcomes: 

  1. Coordinate, regulate and lead a dairy-production workshop, addressing both human and material resources.

  2. Implement and master dairy transformation processes (from raw milk to finished products) in compliance with hygiene, quality, safety and environmental standards.

  3. Participate in new dairy-product development by combining technical formulation, marketing strategy and project-management tools.

  4. Use production-management tools to analyse costs, yields, performance and continuous-improvement opportunities in a dairy-industry environment.
