Our course: 

This one-year programme immerses you fully in the world of cheese manufacturing and dairy-technology. From raw milk preparation through to maturation and finishing, you’ll master the full spectrum of cheese technology, innovation and quality control. The programme places a strong emphasis on practical work in dedicated halls and labs, project work and industry experience, preparing you to take up advanced roles in the dairy-sector.

Learning outcomes:

  1. Master the technologies of cheese manufacturing—from milk preparation to maturation and quality evaluation.

  2. Analyse production deviations, implement corrective actions and optimise production in a cheese-making context.

  3. Apply quality, hygiene, safety and environmental (QHSE) systems within a dairy or cheese-production environment.

  4. Lead or contribute to projects in cheese manufacturing—project planning, technical innovation, product development and industrial performance.
