Training in Milk Drying Processes

A comprehensive training seminar on the subject of ‘Milk Drying Processes’ was conducted at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hanover from February 5 to 9, 2024. This was done in collaboration with the German Dairy Academy (Deutsche Molkerei Akademie). The seminar was designed for professionals from the food industry who are responsible for the operation and maintenance of evaporation and drying plans.
