Production, processing and marketing of farm products (CS Production, transformation et commercialisation des produits fermiers)

Our course:
This one-year certificate programme (level Bac) in alternance is designed for those who wish to be active across the full chain of farm-based food production: from on-farm production through transformation to direct commercialisation. You will learn how to design and manage a farm-based processing unit, implement hygienic and sanitary practices, transform raw products (milk, meat, vegetables or other farm outputs) into value-added goods, and market them in local or short supply-chain circuits
Learning outcomes:
1.Organise the production, transformation and commercialisation of farm-based products.
2.Implement techniques of farm production adapted to the chosen system.
3.Implement transformation techniques for farm products in compliance with hygiene, safety, environmental and labour regulations.
4.Implement commercialisation techniques for farm products: product preparation, marketing, sales channels, customer relations.
