Dairy driver certificate (CQP Chauffeur laitier)

Our course:

The Dairy Driver collects milk from producers according to pre-established rounds, using equipment entrusted to him by the company, and transports it to the designated unloading point. He measures the quantities collected and contributes to quality control at the producer’s premises, in the lorry and on receipt at the dairy. He takes the samples needed for traceability, monitoring the quality of the milk collected and drawing up the milk invoice.
