Automated dairy processing plant operator certificate (CQP Pilote d'installation automatisée dans la transformation laitière)

Our course:

From their driver’s cab, Automated Plant Operators ensure that the various manufacturing or packaging equipment (tanks, pasteurisers, centrifuges, mixers, coagulators, etc.) in their plant are working properly to manufacture or package dairy products. They control this equipment by supervision (using computers and screens communicating with the equipment via a PLC), while complying with quality, hygiene, safety, environmental and performance requirements. To carry out their work successfully, automated plant operators must coordinate with the professionals involved upstream or downstream (machine or line operators, picker drivers, laboratory technicians, quality department, etc.).

Learning outcomes:

1. Operate a dairy product manufacturing or packaging machine
2. Check the operation of the dairy production or packaging machine and the quality and conformity of the dairy products
