Environmental Aspects of Milk Processing

Course Description

Interactive e-learning course on the basics of environmental management in dairy industry. The aim of the course is to provide theoretical knowledge about the environmental dimension of the dairy industry. At the end of the course, participants will be able to define and understand aspect and impacts in dairy industry, identify key environmental indicators associated with dairy sector, recognize main environmental standards and legislation, understand life-cycle assessment and learn about environmental management elements.
