Milk Processing - Heat Treated Milk, Fermented Dairy Products & Butter
Course Description
This course has been developed by the teachers of the Dairy Vocational School for workers in the dairy industry and for lifelong learning.
The aim of this course is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge about primary milk processing, including heat treatment and standardisation, production of heat-treated milk, fermented milk products and butter. The practical part of the course includes working in a pilot dairy to produce various dairy products.
