This year’s Dairy Science and Technology Summer School will be held at University of Copenhagen, Department of Food Science. The theme is “Future Dairy Processing Challenges”.

  • An in-person summer school at University of Copenhagen: June 24th to June 28th, from 9:00 to 14:00 CET each day, for early career researchers who want to strengthen their knowledge in dairy science and enhance their transferable skills.
  • An online Symposium: June 24th to June 27th, from 15:00 to 17.30 CET each day, targeted equally at students of dairy science and dairy professionals from academia and industry that are interested in the latest topics.
